Fishing Report -- 01-13-18

Fred hit the weather perfectly to get redemption on the Spinner Sharks on fly. Last year the one Spinner Fred had on got eaten by a Hammerhead Shark. This year Fred was 3 for 3 on the Spinners. Also got Spanish Mackerel, Bluefish and Jack Crevalles.

Joe & Ken started the New Year off in fine fashion with Jumbo Jacks, small Kingfish, medium sized Jacks, Bluefish and two sharks which bit them off.

Fishing Report -- 12-22-17

Kate did well on the fly today jumping a baby Tarpon and getting two other Tarpon bites. She also landed Jacks, Spanish Mackerel and a small Shark. Big Tarpon were behaving badly, Kate had flies in them for about an hour with no takers.

Joel and Ben had a perfect weather day. Fish cooperated nicely with over 100 fish released, Spanish Mackerel, Redfish, Bluefish, Jacks and Sharks.

Fishing Report -- 12-16-17

Gary and Tom had a bumper day on the fly with non-stop action catching about a 100 fish, Spanish Mackerel, Jacks and Bluefish. Gary's biggest Spanish Mackerel weighed just under 8 lbs.

Andrew did well braving 20 gusting to 25 mph winds to get Snook, Jacks and Moonfish on fly.

Fishing Report -- 10-28-17

Ryan braved some adverse conditions to get this nice Snook. Went looking for bigger quarry but only found medium size Jacks, a smaller Snook and a flounder.

Christmas came early this year for Captain Q. Landed this really nice Permit on fly on a 7/8 weight outfit.

Today went after Bonitos for the freezer for shark bait, didn’t see the first Bonito but the Blackfin Tunas were kind enough to pick up the slack. I suppose the sharks are getting caviar this winter!
