Fishing Report -- 06-17-17

The Tarpon we found today were not cooperating for Josh & Neil. The Albies on fly and light spin tackle cooperated nicely. Marine biologists should breed some Tarpon with a little Albie DNA in them.

Fishing Report -- 06-10-17

Rich and Brian took on Tarpon and Albies today. Rich jumped a Tarpon on fly and Brian fought his Tarpon to the boat on spin tackle, a mere 1 hour and 20 minute battle. Rich and Brian caught Albies on fly and spin tackle. Rich also go a Snook and a few Jacks on fly (we didn’t do well in getting pictures today!)

Fishing Report -- 05-28-17

Captain Q and 1^st mate enjoyed beautiful day on the water. Mission was Tarpon, saw lots of fish but only one bite for Sherry. Got 3 jumps out of a very large Tarpon but that was it. Caught some Snook and Sherry got a nice Jack.

Fishing Report -- 05-27-17

Found Tarpon today with Uriah and Jimmy but no hookup. They did land Snook, Blackfin tuna and False Albacore. This the beginning of the Albie season, they’ll be getting bigger and more plentiful.

Strange day with the targeted species being a no show for Matt & Craig. The Kingfish filled in nicely though.

Joel and Ben braved the wind and got these nice Snook & Jacks. Also had a Tarpon on for a few seconds and got Bluefish & Ladyfish.

Liam got this nice Snook, measured at 42 inches. Pretty good wrestling match to get the fish off the bridge.

This is what happens when the weather gets good and almost all the species around cooperate. Multiple of all species were caught. Ollie & Roy slept very well that night.

Fishing Report -- 03-18-17

Al and Linda were treated to spectacular large Bluefish action (biggest Bluefish I have ever seen in South Florida). Al & Linda were nice enough to allow me to catch a few on fly too (my personal best Bluefish). Al landed a nice Spinner Shark on fly and Linda a nice Spinner too on bait.

Zach’s first saltwater fly experience netted him 4 Snook, 6 Jacks and 3 Moon Fish. This is just the beginning Zach, many more species await.

Fishing Report -- 03-11-17

Chris and Hayden caught two Blacktip sharks just before sundown and a few Snook after dark.

Liam hung tough today through the very tough daytime fishing then did well in the nighttime session catching his first Snookers on fly.
